Ramen Nagi now in SM Mall of Asia! :)

If you're a regular reader of my blog, you know that I'm not "that" a fan of ramen. It's not that I don't like it, but me and boyfie usually prefer eating rice. haha! But not until I heard about Ramen Nagi's Pesto Ramen! (Green King)!
Ramen Nagi in SM Mall of Asia. Originated from Hong Kong and Tokyo.

It seems that I was diverted in Japan! Everything has a Japanese vibe plus the interiors!
Though it's small (or maybe I just expected that it's huge because of the photos online?)
The servers will cheer you upon you enter. Friendly and prompt to our needs. Our order came so fast! Each crew has different task to do. One will toss the noodles, one will pour in the broth, while others will garnish the bowl.
The moment we left the place is the only time I realized they have al fresco dining as well.
Condiments..
Some spicy kimchi bean sprouts and garlic to spice up your ramen.

Here's their menu:
Ramen Nagi's Menu
All you have to do is to filled up this Omotenashi paper depends on your liking. And extra add-ons if you want to.

Look at this perfectly cooked runny tamago.
Green King (Midorio) (410 pesos) Imagine a pesto? Turn into ramen? This one is a real deal! It really tastes like pesto! The rich broth of basil, with cheese is a great unique combination! Plus the belly meat with "little" fatty trimmings, and extra tamago! This is so sinful for pesto lovers like me!

Though! There's one side comment, upon sipping my pesto soup at the near end, I find it salty for my liking. I'm not sure if it's because I choose "super rich" for my Green King. Even I want to devour myself with that delicious soup, I can't since it's salty. BUT!! This is still a thumbs up for me!

Original King Ramen (Butao) (390 pesos) - The classic ramen. This was boyfie's order. A rich broth with milky pork taste. It reminded me of the classic "sopas", in a rich and aromatic version. It's equally good! But I'm focus on my ramen y'know. haha!

As much as I want to taste the Black King, I can't.
My heart says yes, but my tummy says No. haha. But I'll be coming back to try that one! :)

One of a kind hotdogs @ Franks Craft Beers at Resorts World Manila!

When I received an invite from Franks Craft Beers, all I thought is we'll be going to drinking session
because of it's name. But I was completely wrong!
Franks Craft Beers offers different kinds of hotdogs. From the name "franks" --the sausage itself.
But wait, it's not your usual hotdog that you can taste from convenience store. It's way way different!
The place has this laid back feeling. Wooden paneled interiors with dimmed light to match the casino ambiance. (That's why I had a poor lighting of the photos, plus a tight security since we can't take photos having any sight of the casino because of privacy issues, so double sorry :( )
We were informed that it was just a small hotdog stand in Resorts World
and the players went gaga over their hotdogs and willing to wait to fall in line.
Funny how they're so creative putting different antics to their walls. Everything is connected with "FRANK"
Like for instance, Frank Sinatra...
And so on.. :)
Different sauce on display! They have Craft Beers too! (as the name implies).
No picture since it's too high, and I'm too short. hahaha!
Condiments are also available at the counter

So first, check out their menu:
Release the piggy in you and order these sets.
But make sure you'll try these  specials! I'm telling you, it's really good!
Franks Wings *sorry, that spot light is my enemy that time*
Drinks..
Yup! They have Arizona too! :)
Nachos Area
Sausages, Caramelize Onion, Chili Con, etc.
Hot Steamy Buns!
Some of the toppings: Roasted Garlic, Jalapeno, Sour Cream Yoghurt, Bell Peppers, Onion, Radish
Here is the owner, Mr. Scott Sibley. He shared the story behind Franks
and can you believe it? They produce 1300 hotdogs per day!
Buffalo Wings - Wingies are really my weakness. :( Any buffalo wings, it's good to me!
Their version is a light tangy with a hint of spiciness paired with blue cheese!
Nachos - One of my fave as well. Not the usual nachos around the market. This one has that American approach. Generously topped with ground beef, chili con carne, salsa, jalapenos, pickles, avocado puree, and cheese drizzles!
Presenting, their Sausage Specials! :)
Classic Frank Sausage - A juicy and tender sausage with caramelized onions, pickles, mustard, mayo and ketchup.
A perfect match for those who are looking for bring-me-to-New-York classic goodness!
Chicken Inasal - Yes, you read it right! It's Chicken Inasal! Who would have thought of that idea right? I find it pretty weird and interesting at the same time. But guess what? This is  great contender to my number one spot! It's really good! The smokey inasal taste is surely one of a kind when it comes to sausage, it brings excitement to my taste buds!
Braised Beef Sausage - The beef sausage was flavorful but a bit tough compared to the latter. The reason? It's made up to 100% beef that grind and flavored for hours! It's pretty good, but I can say that it's my least favorite. :)
Chicken and Pork Adobo Sausage - ten ten tenneeeen! My personal favorite that day! Imagine that everyone's favorite Chicken Pork Adobo? Savory adobo flavor, stuffed and turned into sausage, drizzled with mayo and light wasabi then topped with garlic! I can't resist munching on these even I'm so full! It's really gooood! It's the bomb!
Fries, Potato Wedges and Onion Rings are also available.
Banana Fritters - Pretty much reminded me of the local maruya. Soft hot banana coated with crispy batter, drizzled with dark chocolate and whipped cream on the side. The chocolate drizzle was a dark bitter chocolate. Perfect to end a meal with a sweet treat. Though my only comment is that, I wished they put ice cream instead of whipped cream. The combination of hot steamy banana fritter with cold ice cream is surely a perfect combo! :)

Franks Craft and Beers what can be better for those who are enjoying the games in the casino with some hotdogs on hand? Or simply drop by there if you are looking for different varieties of sausages. Can't wait to go back and taste their specials! -Especially their Chicken and Pork Adobo!

Stacy's at Capitol Green Street

I've been wanting to go at Stacy's for such a long time.
Those pastel shades and Cat Kidston theme is irresistible to me!
The pastel shades was really pleasing to the eyes, seems like everything
has Valencia Instagram effect on that place. haha!
Stacy's at Captiol Green Street
The place was packed when we arrived. They offer al fresco dining, but we prefer to wait to be seated inside.
Contrast to what I've read that they have a bad service,
Luckily, we experienced completely opposite. Their service was excellent.
Look at these adorbs utensils display! :)
Plus those frames and colorful aprons.
Vintage looking decors..
Flower on every table.
And cakes on display! (Spotted: Purple Oven's Choco Lava) haha!
Aside from the usual menu, they have separate for their drinks.
They always served this kyot appetizer of popcorn, mallows, and berry knots. :)
Wild Mushroom Soup (115 pesos) Creamy mushroom with thick consistency makes me love this dish so much!
Not the usual mushroom soup like pizza hut. This is really good! Must try!
Mac and Cheese (205 pesos) : It was so-so. Remember the microwavable cheese popcorn? Yes it's seems that I'm eating those. (tastewise) I wished they put more sauce. It's too dry

Hungarian Sausage with Onion, Basil and Tomatoes (215 pesos) It was good but not excellent. The sausage was huge and spicy! I loved when I put the veggies together with the sausage! It was also served with marinara like sauce.
Stacy Jones (215 pesos) : The ever popular tapa. It's good but not excellent "as well". Taste wise, it's like a sweet style longganisa. But I super loved their garlic rice! Really garlicy! Kanin palang ulam na!
Triple Chocolate (98 pesos) : One of the higlight of our entire meal! Also a must try! My tastebuds says it's a chocolate drink (more like chuckie), with chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup and a oreo cookie on top! Onsoroooop! Though I loved the idea having of colored paper straw, it's melting in the long run of our stay.

Here's their menu
(I wished they changed their menu. Like putting pictures on it. Y'know, like the usual menu.
They have wide variety of foods and it's a bit hard for customers to see all plain text like that.) :)

Overall, total damage was 900+. We're full, but not satisfied. Will give a 3/5 star rating for the food,
plus 1 for their interiors plus the popcorn appetizer. :)
